Job Summary

Square Enix London Mobile Studio has a brilliant entry-level role as Assistant Producer to aid the publishing team here in London.

In this position you will be working closely with the production teams assisting on each of their projects, as well as providing team-wide administrative support such as working our external partners, dealing with event attendance, monitoring GDPR compliance, performing market research and game testing. In addition, the candidate will get the opportunity to take on more game production-specific tasks and learn the basics of producing world-class mobile titles.

The successful candidate will be given full support to achieve the deliverables below.

You will be reporting into Head of Production.


Key Deliverables

Keeping an up-to-date list of relevant events and organising attendance.

Working with relevant third parties to ensure our GDPR flows are compliant with recent legislation.

Assist in day-to-day admin tasks such as preparing, setting up and note-taking in meetings, chasing up on status updates from internal and external teams and helping build and maintain documentation.

Regularly playing games on all platforms and reporting findings to the team.

Act as point of contact for incoming queries from external developers and prospective partners.

Requirements

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

A passion for games and working in the games industry.

A keen player of mobile and console titles.

Experience using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

People-oriented and naturally outgoing.

Desirable

Some previous office-based work experience.
